Φωτοβολταϊκό πάνελ μονοκρυσταλλικό 450 Wp / 72 cell (144 X ½ )

Αυτό το νέας τεχνολογίας ηλιακό πάνελ που χρησιμοποιεί τεχνολογία Multi-busbar (MBB) και μισής κυψέλης (half-cut) με ενσωματωμένα 144 μισά ηλιακά στοιχειά σε διάταξη 6×24 και ισχύ 450 Wp. Η τεχνολογία μισής κοπής είναι στην πραγματικότητα κανονικά ηλιακά κύτταρα που έχουν κοπεί στη μέση. Με τη χρήση σχεδιασμού μισών κυψελών το ρεύμα των κυψελίδων μειώνεται με αποτέλεσμα τη σημαντική μείωση των απωλειών. Ένα άλλο πλεονέκτημα των κυψελών μισής κοπής είναι ότι έχουν καλύτερη απόδοση σε καταστάσεις σκίασης. Επιπλέον, τα μικρότερα κύτταρα αντιμετωπίζουν μειωμένες μηχανικές καταπονήσεις, οπότε υπάρχει μειωμένος κίνδυνος για ρωγμές.

Έτσι τα ηλιακά πάνελ μισής κυψέλης 450 Wp της SUNRGY USA works LLC είναι πιο αξιόπιστα από τα παραδοσιακά πάνελ και κατάλληλα για αυτόνομα φωτοβολταϊκά συστήματα (24V)  αλλά και για διασυνδεδεμένα συστήματα.

Half-Cut Cell + Twin Panel Technology

Half-cut cell + twin panel technology consists in cutting the solar cell in half by non-destructive cutting infrared laser and splits the conventional layout of 3 cell-strings in 1 electric circuit into the innovative layout of 6 cell-strings + 2 electric circuits in a PV module. 

This technology halves the electric current of the cell and reduces effectively the internal electric resistance on the cell ribbon and increases the module power by 2%. The twin panel design minimizes the power loss in shading conditions, hence improves the system mismatch and heightens the efficiency of the PV system.

Lower Hot Spot Temperature

By halving the electric current of both the cells and the cell-strings, the hot spot temperature can be reduced by 50%, which enhances the reliability of the PV module.

Lower Operating Temperature

As the half-cut cells only have the half working current, the power thermal loss of the PV module during operation can be reduced considerably by 25% and the operating temperature of the PV module also is lower, which improves the PV module reliability and increases the overall power output.

Lower Shading Loss

The twin section layout of the cell strings in a PV module enables the module to continue to produce at least 50% of the overall energy even when one part of the module or the cell string is shaded.

Multi-busbar Technology

In comparison with the conventional 5 busbar design, the innovative multi-busbar design on the cell can shorten the current collection transverse path by 50% and thereby reduce remarkably the cell internal resistance, which contributes a 1% – 1.5% increase in the power output compared with 5 busbar design.

The MBB design can also mitigate the performance loss caused by blocked electrical pathways in case of cell microcracks and finger electrode erosion due to external factors.

Another advantage of the MBB design is the improved light absorption thanks to the round ribbon application. In comparison with the traditional flat ribbon of 5BB, the round ribbon can increase the light utilization by 1% – 1.5%.
